We would like to send an agricultural specialist to 20 mile village. He will teach the farmers modern methods of preparing the soil for planting, resourceful ways to use fertilizer, how to choose seeds that will gross a higher yield, and different harvesting methods that will yield larger amounts of crops.

Currently the villagers are using farming methods that are outdated. The techniques and tools the farmers use are not as effective and do not produce a high yield of produce when compared to modern methods.
