Foundation Debora, an aid organization assisting vulnerable females in Guatemala, wishes to purchase two computers for use in its skills-training course.  The organization supports impoverished women facing a range of difficult circumstances, and has met significant success in enhancing the quality of life for those it serves through education.  Foundation Debora runs a school for teenage females and women who do not have the skills to make it in the real world.   Struggling to support themselves and their families, hundreds of women have turned to Foundation Debora to impart to them practical skills that can help them earn a living.  From creating crafts that can be sold at local markets to sewing clothes for their family members, and from learning to read to mastering basic computer skills, women participating in the courses come away with something useful that they can lean on.  

Foundation Debora presently plans to buy two new computers for use in teaching basic computer skills such as typing and use of Word documents and other skills that can be utilized in the professions, raising the prospect that participants will be able to secure a job.  The organization already has two computers, but they are old and do not function well.  Additionally, Foundation Debora wants to expand this exceptionally popular program to include more women.  The two computers will be purchased and put in use at Foundation Debora's training facility within two weeks of this project being fully funded.  For just $1,980, Foundation Debora will be able to increase the amount of good it is doing in a community that desperately needs the help.
