Nicaraguan aid organization On Eagles' Wings (OEW) needs $330 to purchase pots, pans and other items for use in the kitchens for its feeding program.  The program feeds almost 10,000 needy children five days a week at 60 separate sites in the western and northern parts of Nicaragua.  The children count on the humble meals offered by OEW before and after school; this represents the only food many of the children receive all day.  The kitchens are in dire need of new supplies to keep the program running efficiently and safely.  For just $330, donors can make a direct impact in the lives of hungry children in the impoverished Central American nation of Nicaragua.  

On Eagles' Wings has been feeding the poor in Nicaragua since 2008, and also carries out various other programs that help meet the physical and spiritual needs of those in the country.  The organization is a trusted partner of WideAwake.org; our leadership team has worked with OEW on multiple projects, and is honored to contribute to the great work the group is doing to make a positive impact on thousands of lives on a daily basis in Nicaragua.
