Yamini desires to purchase uniforms for each of its 52 students. In addition to serving the practical purpose of supplying a sharp, clean, comfortable wardrobe for school, the uniforms will serve as an identifier, raising the children’s sense of inclusion and thereby their self-esteem.The uniforms will be designed so as to serve as an identifier, to project a positive image, to leave an impression on those who see them, and to inspire the children wearing them. For the boys, uniforms will consist of blue pants and a checked shirt, while girls will wear blue pants under a traditional Punjabi dress. The uniforms will last for one academic year.
